Blueberry Overnight Oats 0sp on WW purple plan
- 1/2c oats I used quick oats 0sp
- 1/2c unsweetened vanilla cashew or almond milk 0sp
- 2 tbsp plain 0% Greek yogurt
- sweetener
- 1/2c frozen blueberries that I heated in the microwave and then mixed together 1/2 tsp cornstarch and just a little water. Stir in and then just pop back in the microwave for just a few seconds till thickened
After the blueberries have cooked and cooled I just scoop them on top of the oats. Put a lid on the jar and pop in the fridge.
Ready for the next morning.
Now I could have added slivered almonds etc but I wanted to keep it 0sp!
